What to Expect

We have tried to make our office feel as comfortable as possible. We have avoided the cold, sterile feeling that you might get walking into a healthcare office. We offer hot tea and a warm staff to greet you upon your arrival. We try to make things as efficient as possible and facilitate your initial paperwork online before you ever step foot into the office. However, we are happy to provide paper forms when you arrive if that is easier for you. While we are professionals at the LK Institute, we are also people- and we want you to feel like you are safe to show up however you feel comfortable. Sometimes sweatpants and a day or two without a shower is the best you can do that day- and that is more than okay with us. Come as you are.

We have two offices that welcome you. We are located in North Phoenix and also in Flagstaff.
