OUR SPECIALTIES

Here are a few examples...

EATING DISORDERS

Eating disorders are very complex and have alarmingly high mortality rates. Due to the medical, nutritional and psychiatric acuity that accompanies eating disorders, mental health providers require appropriate training to ensure best treatment intervention and conceptualization.

EMDR TRAUMA THERAPY

EMDR Therapy is an effective means of reducing distress and impairment for a number of issues, including Post Traumatic Stress, body image dissatisfaction, substance use problems, and a variety of other life-altering issues.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE

The patterns of substance abuse create emotional and physical turmoil from those who suffer in addiction, and for their loved ones. Understanding how to identify and treat an individual trapped in substance addiction requires an understanding of the disease, substances, and relapse prevention.

CLINICAL CONSULTATION

Consultation and supervision in specialized areas aids in the development of sound clinical judgement, ethical practice, and an understanding of current research findings about successful treatment outcomes. It also provides opportunities for support to reduce chances of burnout, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue.
